This PR creates an English version of the README.md file and adds language navigation links as requested in the issue.

Changes Made

1. Created README_EN.md - A complete English translation of the original Spanish README.md content
2. Added language navigation - Both README files now include language selector links at the top:
   • Spanish README: 🇪🇸 Versión en Español | [🇬🇧 English Version](README_EN.md)
   • English README: [🇪🇸 Versión en Español](README.md) | 🇬🇧 English Version

Content Preserved

The English translation maintains all the original elements:

• Same title structure with emojis: 🚀 GitHub Copilot Chat ❤️ Ollama
• Translated greeting: "Hey, developer! 👩‍💻👨‍💻"
• Same blog post link (kept original URL as it's the source reference)
• Same image reference: ![Ollama with GitHub Copilot Chat](images/GitHub%20Copilot%20Chat%20loves%20Ollama.png)
• Translated closing line: "A great way to boost your productivity with AI! 💡🤖"

Navigation Experience

Users can now easily switch between languages:

• From the Spanish version, click the "🇬🇧 English Version" link to go to README_EN.md
• From the English version, click the "🇪🇸 Versión en Español" link to return to README.md
• Clear visual indicators using flag emojis for language identification
